2.1.3 Data Storage: This information is stored securely in our Firebase backend infrastructure.

2.2 User-Provided Information

2.2.1 Phone Number: For account verification and primary communication.

2.2.2 Identification Documents: For driver registration and verification (e.g., Driving License, ID proof).

2.2.3 Profile Information: Any additional details you provide in your user profile.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

2.3.1 Location Data: We collect precise or approximate location data from your mobile device when the app is running in the foreground or background (for drivers) to facilitate ride-handling, tracking, and calculating distances.

2.3.2 Device Information: We collect info about your mobile device, including hardware model, OS version, and unique device identifiers.

2.3.3 App Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our services via Google Analytics for Firebase.

3. How We Use Your Information (General)

3.1 Service Fulfillment: To process ride requests, contract hiring, and facilitate communication between drivers and riders.

3.2 Authentication: To verify your identity and secure your account.

3.3 Personalization: To display your name and profile photo.

3.4 Payments: To facilitate secure payment processing through Razorpay.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as necessary to provide our services:

This Privacy Policy and your use of the Drivers+ application are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
